Providing flexibility, productivity & profitability, with a virtually unlimited number of stroke & slide movement profiles
With Stamtec’s servo motor drive technology, the standard electric motor, flywheel, clutch and brake are replaced with a high-torque, low-rpm servo motor. Proprietary press controls specifically designed for the servo press supply full working energy even at low speeds while simultaneously achieving a wide variety of stroke lengths and slide movement profiles.
Operators of our servo presses can perform a wide variety of jobs (e.g., blanking, drawing, coining, warm-forming, and pulse) all in one press and easily modify the press for automation and feed applications. They also can create custom cycle curves by defining slide positions, speeds and pause durations for up to twenty segments to create custom cycle curves.
TONNAGE RANGE: 660 - 2400
